About Custom Size Rug Orders
If the rug is not bordered or medallion-patterned, it is possible to order many models in custom sizes. This option is valid for rugs with the “Custom Size” phrase on the product page and product image.
How to Order?
- First, select the width, then the length.
- Then specify the shape (rectangular, round, oval).
- Finally, choose the finishing type: Fringed, Folded, or Overlock.
Important Information
- Folding is only suitable for rectangular rugs.
- For round rugs, width and length must be equal.
- For finishing types such as fringe and overlock, the closest color tone to the rug is preferred.
- Custom size products cannot be returned or exchanged.

📝 Tips for Choosing the Right Rug Size:
- The rug should extend 20-30 cm under the sofas.
- In hallways, the rug should be 5-10 cm away from the walls.
- Under the dining table, chairs should still remain on the rug when pulled back.
- If you are unsure about the size, you can simulate the area by spreading newspapers on the floor.
